Order Policy – VERA Jewelry

First: Ready-to-Ship Orders

The customer has the right to inspect the item upon delivery; if they decide not to keep it, it may be returned immediately with the courier.

Once the order has been received and the courier has departed, the item cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or an error on the part of VERA.

Second: Custom Orders

Custom orders are confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit of the total order value—or an amount agreed upon between the customer and the sales consultant—with the remaining balance due upon receipt of the order.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in all cases, except where the order cannot be fulfilled due to a manufacturing issue or an error on the part of VERA.

Third: Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer in all cases—whether the item is accepted or returned with the courier—except when the error or defect originates from VERA or our manufacturing team.
